No time to read a long diet book or article about weight loss?  No problem! I've compiled my best top ten lists to help you slim down, get fit and keep the weight off for good. You'll need no more than five minutes to scan each list and find ways to improve your diet, your workout and your health.

 


10 Things to Stop Doing if You Want to Lose Weight
Almost everyone makes at least two of the mistakes on this list. I noticed three things that I need to stop doing!  How many things on this list can you stop doing to increase your chances of weight loss?

 


10 Ways to Get Skinny, Get Healthy, Get Fit
I originally wrote this article for women in their 20s.  But guess what?  It makes sense for women (or men!) of any age - especially item #6 - which I think is the easiest way to lose weight.
