The Unbelievably Dumb Workout Mistakes You (and I) Are Making

Let's face it, you don't want to spend more time at the gym than you have to. And you certainly don't want to waste your time while you're there.  But sometimes we do some really dumb things that make our workout sessions less effective - or worse yet, they erase some of the exercise benefits altogether!

It's really easy to make the most common workout blunders. I've been in the fitness business my entire adult life and I still make these mistakes.  Take some time to look through these lists and see which goof ups you can fix so you can spend less time exercising and more time enjoying the results.
