3 Yoga Planks for Strong, Sexy Abs

Ah, the flat belly craze. We think that a visibly strong core is viewed as the ultimate marker of health for two reasons: it demonstrates low body fat and high strength. Ah, the flat belly craze.

We think that a visibly strong core is viewed as the ultimate marker of health for two reasons: it demonstrates low body fat and high strength.

And while a rocky six-pack isn’t necessary for health, it is one of those situations that lives up to the hype: flat, firm abs usually mean you’re eating and exercising right, and a strong core also helps to stabilize the body, protect the back during exercise, and prevent back and hip pain.
