For all too many of us, especially as we get older, we figure that our sleep is supposed to become less and less satisfying as we age. And we're meant to sleep less and less. The truth is this: the older it gets, the less your body is can overcome bad habits. Hangovers get worse, junk food is more likely to turn to fat, and certain lifestyle habits are more likely to cause insomnia. This doesn't mean you should just accept bad sleep. It just means you need to include the right foods in your diet and maintain the right lifestyle habits that will help to promote a deep, restful sleep.
